HI I’M LAURYN AND I’D LOVE TO CAPTURE YOUR MEMORIES!
Ever since my first photo class in high school I’ve had a passion for freezing moments in time for people to cherish for years to come.
You, the love that you share, and the family you have created are beautiful and worth documenting! So many things in life are temporary so let’s make some of these memories last FOR-EV-ER! My goal is to make the time we spend together fun, stress-free and full of singing, dancing and laughter - and for you to walk away with authentic, beautiful images that you can’t stop looking at!
So you can get to know me a little better, here are a few tidbits -
When we chat for the first time you might be able to pick up on my tendency to use humorous sarcasm regularly, and when we meet for the first time I will definitely go in for a hug. I’m a big believer in the power of music so we’ll likely be jamming to whatever you fancy during our session - yes, even if your kiddos need to listen to Baby Shark on repeat a few times to get comfortable! I also believe that it’s never too late for a cup of coffee so if I’m talking a little fast… you’ll know why.
I grew up constantly in front of the camera with my sister. My mom was big on taking photos of every. single. moment. But we loved it! The film photography class I took in high school made me fall in love with being behind the camera… lucky for me, my sister was still willing to stay on the other side of the lens and has served as my muse ever since!
I am based in the South Bay Area but am more than happy to travel to spend time with my clients! I have three beautiful children, a stud of a husband and a high energy dog… all of which are on my list of favorite subjects. Being a mama has truly helped me realize just how important it is to find ways to pause time because these kiddos are growing up every stinkin’ day!
